Packages are updated in batches. After delivery to our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours, or by the end of the next business day, for your package to appear in your account. If more than 2 days have passed with no update, please contact us. Please ensure your address and account information are correct.

To avoid duties, ensure the value of your package stays below USD $100.

Aira Freight is required to declare the contents and value of every package to Jamaica Customs. Missing invoices cause delays, and customs may assign a higher value to your shipment if documentation is not provided.

All packages processed through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a customs officer to confirm the invoice matches the contents. Packages are then resealed with tape after inspection.

Yes. Packages are insured at USD $1.50 per USD $100 of declared value (or any part thereof). Please note: We do not accept liability for glass, ceramic items, improperly packed items, or money of any kind.

Packages must be collected within five (5) days after they are marked Ready for Pickup in Jamaica. After five (5) days, a daily storage fee will be applied until the package is collected.

If a package remains uncollected after 30 days, it may be subject to action to recover storage and related expenses.

Rates are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Packages valued over USD $100 or weighing over 50 lbs may incur additional charges.

Items that are too large to fit in standard shipping bags (Singles) will attract a $1,500 specialized handling fee.

Please ensure your AIRA mailbox number is clearly labeled on all packages to avoid a $1,000 unassigned entry fee.

No. You may pay for and collect each package individually. However, packages must be paid for and collected in the order they are delivered.
